Very poor service. Said my phone was old an need a new one had to back after he pulled sim. Ard because couldn't make calls out. Was going to charge me 30.00 to show me how to connect my Bluetooth. Unbelievable. !! Absolutely NOT. satisfied had to drive 25 minutes to go there Hendersonville TN an I live in Gallatin. They are the only store we can go to.

I'm not sure about this store.or Verizon .they have been in business a long time and I've had phone locking up .not able to dial out .and I have to restart to make a call..IDK.

We bought 2 phones (Google Pixel 6) and a smart watch (Samsung). Well we went home and ordered it after we went in Verizon because we were told they didn't have anything in the store. We had to wait 20 min. to be told this. Did Walmart buy Verizon because it seems the service sucks like Walmart.. 😂😐😂

They are only doing appointments, no walk-in services. There was a representative waiting outside to assist people, and I never saw anyone enter the store. Myself and the other people waiting were all assisted outside of the store by one representative.
