Most people don't know that Amazon has many vendors who have products for sale on Amazon that are on the website..that are not in the warehouse an must be shipped to Amazon and then to the person who purchased the product (s) some times the product could be overseas..which cause a delay as well

Very high turn over rate...they cant keep people due to the extreme high expectations...serious micromanaging, if you reach your goal (which isn't easy by no means) they expect you to do more...by the time you race to clock out,fight the traffic exiting the parking lot get home...you dont have any time for anything...not that you would feel like it...completely drained!! After having worked there i can honestly say it is a young mans job. Very few females- (about fifteen to twenty percent.) And very few of that number are over 50 ( about ten percent of the ten percent female workers) It is truly a very diverse group . work is streneous. Believe me it is a young ' MANs"' job. Not heavy work but constant bending to the floor and then up on ladders.

Schedules are based on a 4 days 10hrs/day bases and 3 days off. The 5th day being a mandatory overtime day when the need arrises like during peak. But depending on your department there are some variance to it. Like 5 days 8hrs schedules. You will.be asked to pick days and time slots available for you to work.
