As soon as you find out if you have been hired. About 3-5 you will have orientation and you start to work the same week you have your orientation.
Be sure they inputed all your paperwork correctly. I got hired and because they didn't input my I9 paper work correctly I never got an actual start date; just kept saying pending start date. Didn't find that out what was the cause until after the Christmas hiring season was finished. Not a very happy experience.
My start date was about two weeks from my interview process, my background checks always seem to take a while though, I'm assuming it's due to living in a couple different states.
Don't do it...
