Do they care if you get to work early for your shift ? Like half hour or so ? Can you get in or do you have to wait in your car ?

Unless ur AM or PA approves it you can go in to the building but its not recommended to clock in before 5 min to your start of shift. Samr goes for end of shift and lunch break 5 min of grace period.

You can go in play ping pong and video games or just watch TV until your shift starts

You can wait in the Break room until your clock in time

You can go in you just can't clock in.
