I began my journey with Boston Interiors in 2020. Our saleswoman, Laura, was wonderful and we picked a sofa that fit us perfectly. It was so comfortable. Due to the pandemic the wait was longer than usual-no problem. When it arrived, just before Thanksgiving, we noticed it didn’t fit quite like the showroom model-no problem. However, overtime the cushions began to break down and feathers from the down cushions started to visit us. They liked us so much they visited often. I brought my unwanted guests back to the saleswoman who sold us the sofa. She agreed she wouldn’t want them visiting her either. She promptly contacted customer service and Colleen Giffin from Boston Interiors immediately sent a company rep to check it out. We first tried new inserts. Alas, it didn’t help as we had hoped. So Colleen issued us a credit for what we had paid, plus sales tax, and we promptly chose another sofa. It cost a bit more, but I can’t say enough about it. I also can’t say enough about the wonderful team, starting with our saleswoman, Laura Finerty, the store manager, Dee Stanley, and Colleen Giffin from customer service. I chose Boston Interiors due to the facts they are eco-friendly, and the items are made in the USA. I discovered a supportive and caring company in the process. Just had a wonderful experience with a designer in store. Chelsea was super friendly and knowledgeable. She put together a plan for my bedroom and maybe a couch. It was nice to work with someone willing to help!

Such a great experience. We bought a full bedroom set and living room set 5 years ago. Ordering and delivery was easy and everything has held up great. We recently needed to buy more furniture to fill a house instead of an apartment and Nicole came to our house to do a full assessment. Really thorough and nice and didn’t feel pressured to buy. A lot built in the USA and easy to clean furniture. We’re excited to buy more inside and outside furniture to last a lifetime.

I bought furniture at the Westboro facility. Very unhappy with delayed delivery. When couch and chair came in I was very disappointed in the quality. I had purchased furniture at Ethan Allen and should have purchased these pieces there as well due to the low quality of the fabric which I paid extra. The fabric is wrinkled, threads coming out of the seams which are uneven. The fabric does not hang well and does not look new. Very discouraging after I was looking forward to the pieces. The sales Girl was very nice, but the pieces are not.

Our staff is cleaning surfaces regularly and are wearing masks. We request that all visitors also wear masks and follow social distancing recommendations.
