Horrible service after delivery. Don't purchase from Ferguson if you ever expect any help after purchase. We purchased our kitchen appliances from Ferguson in June 2021. The appliances were on back order and weren't delivered until January 2022. The Dacor range hood stopped working in July 2022, after being used for 2 months. Two different representatives at the local Ferguson store told me that since the purchase was made more than one year ago, they could not help because all of their records are wiped out after one year (that's the first time I've heard that from any company I've ever purchased from). They suggested I call Ferguson's corporate office. The corporate office couldn't help, and they sent me to the corporate credit department who told me that they don't have any records because it was purchased using a credit card, not a corporate Ferguson account. The credit Dept rep told me that I should call the local store because they should have the records of my purchase. I reminded the credit rep that two people at the local store sent me to the corporate office and she said that doesn't sound right, but if that's the case, there's nothing they could do. I'm now trying to reach Dacor directly to see if the manufacturer can help. I'm not sure if we'll have success, but at least Dacor seems to be trying to help figure this out by going through their records. Glad that Dacor keeps records because we've now been told by the local Ferguson store and Ferguson's HQ that they have no records.

Excellent experience. Definitely NOT a box store. Fergusons has a great selection from appliances to facets. We were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. All the different models can be overwhelming but James and Robert are very knowledgeable and took the time with us to make sure we got what we wanted. They actually helped us with our selections and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. For example, James explained the advantages of the Franke sink, deep basin, easy to clean, rack that slips in easily at different levels. They pointed out the advantages and disadvantages. Most people just focus on the advantages, the balance really helped us in making the right selection. They carry a wide range of appliances. We selected Wolf and are very happy with their recommendation, especially the steam oven, makes microwaving a thing of the past. Fantastic. Prices were very competitive. We had an issue with the downdraft fan. The option we chose was not correct for our house. They exchanged the fan and gave me a different model. So easy and pleasant through the entire exchange process. I highly recommend Fergusons in Mashpee!!

I would like to take this moment to tell you how impressed I am with Sandy McCoy from the Ferguson Store in Mashpee, MA She is very knowledgeable, lovely to work with and has excellent follow through. The store is bright and cheery and has great inventory to look at. The entire experience in choosing plumbing fixtures for my new home at Fergusons in Mashpee was most enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Sandy --you won't be disappointed!

Purchased a Whirlpool dryer in January 2014. Dryer was delivered to my house with a huge dent in the side. Had to order a replacement and wait another 10 days for it to arrive. When the new dryer came there was no power cord included. I called to ask them to bring me a power cord. First lady I talked with told me a power cord wasn't included and I would have to order that separately. Are you kidding me? Had to speak to manager and let them know that the power cord was included in the first (damaged) dryer that was delivered to my house. They finally offered me a power cord, but would not deliver it, so had to go back there and pick it up. Fast forward to March 2015 dryer is dead after 14 months. Whirlpool warranty is 12 months so we are SOL and Ferguson does not service the products they sell. It's nice to support the local business, but I can't think of any good reason to pay a premium to buy from these guys again when sales, service and support are arguably worse than the big box stores.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
