Run don’t walk! We paid for 6week build and instal. 6 weeks later after calling several times to see when instal was it turns out they never placed the order!!! So we have to wait another 6 weeks! Then they said they would come out to house to put up temp blinds so we set up an appointment (note we were having family to the house for celebration and wanted to sleep and use bathroom) - Budget blinds never showed for appointment and also didn’t call! I guess this is the service you can expect from this company- my advice look elsewhere we won’t use them again

Just want to express our complete satisfaction with this company ..reopened the office as they were leaving, made the purchase so easy. Even had an opening to come and measure that afternoon. No less than two weeks from purchase, called and said they had an opening could they come and install them. Faux is French for “Fake” and is used in the window covering business to describe non-wood , composite or wood replacement products. The correct pronunciation rhymes with “NO” , FAUX wood blinds or shutters sounds a lot better than FAKE wood I guess.
