I have been a customer for a few years. They have a great crew. However, they have cancelled my services due to late payments. First, I have always had a credit card on file. and yes. I did have to change the card because of some unknown charges on it but we spoke and I gave them my new card number. It certainly was not several times. I have stellar credit. I have never had an issue with any other company. I am guessing now that the Cape is inundated with second home and investment property owners that they had to weed out some of the old customers to bring in the new. I will go elsewhere.
