This is literally the worst complex ever. DO NOT RENT HERE! My fiancé has been a resident here for 2 1/2 years. They have towed his car 8 times in the past 2 years. They refuse to accept that they did not register the car correctly and are extremely unapologetic about it. He has spent close to $1000 in tow fees. On top of that, maintenance take weeks to fix a minor or major problem. My fiancé has had to go out of his way to fix things himself because of how long they take to respond or send someone over. My fiancé is finally moving out of this god awful place. We are in the process of getting our own apartment. This morning he needed to go get a form to get his name removed off the lease. He works everyday from 8am-6:30pm. He had initially asked the office if they could Email him the pdf but they declined. They said he needs to come into the office himself. He asked his boss if he could go in a little later so he could pick this form up. He was there at 8:35am (office hours for Ashton are 8:30am- 5:30pm) the manager ends up being 40 mins late. Not only is she late but is also very rude to him. It’s almost like she couldn’t believe that a resident expected her to be there on time. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve rented in a plenty of places and this is by the far worst place I’ve come across.
