We live in Saginaw.. my husband and I have had a terrible time with our drug dealing neighbors for many months. This evening was different as to why my husband had to reach out, but each and every time, they listen to us, they don't blow us off, and follow through with what we are told. Always extremely fast. Was in a line at jack & cop waited for me to pull out to pull me over, so over a broke headlight at 5 in the am. They got nothing better to do be careful. They are always sitting & waiting for someone with no head light

Cops are rough, biased, targeting, and clearly on a quota. But they've never booked me for a crime so. 10/10 will get arrested here again.

To operate a motorized scooter you must be at least 16 years old and carry either an instruction permit or driver's license. If you choose to ride a moped that can reach 30 MPH, you're going to need a Class M2 or M1 license.
