Fast Evict did not incentive my writing this review, nor did they solicit it. If my enthusiasm for this company seems exaggerated, it is not due to insincerity, but rather due to the fact that FastEvict was my second Attorney hired, thus the juxtaposition of the two antithetical experiences is the context in which the otherwise seemingly hyperbolic sentiments materialized. There could not be a more appropriate name, nor can I imagine another Law Office more deserving to be called FastEvict. If you want to minimize the time and costs for an eviction, I am confident no other Attorney, even ones who charge much higher prices for the process, can surpass the speed in which FastEvict gets it done. I looked into dozens of Attorneys, and FastEvict prices are slightly less than the median costs. And yet, they move so fast at each step of the process. It does not matter if you tend to procrastinate or are not willing or able to cooperate with them very much; they proceed with a sense of urgency as if they own the property where the tenant(s) need to be evicted from. If they need additional info, they will contact you. No need to have to make sure they're moving the case forward. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced regarding Covid guidelines. And when I had a tangential question that is deeply nuanced, the Attorney removed my concern by legally enlightening me with such brevity and clarity that it was simply MasterClass level. And to top it off, no extra charges for my phone call and email inquiries (although the contract indicates if calls exceed certain amount, they do charge). I know its hard to feel this way towards even a very efficient Attorneys Office, since they are still ultimately Lawyers, who have established a reputation, as a whole, to be the most despised profession. But FastEvict exceeded anything I could have imagined, especially after paying a different Attorney initially who was just a couple hundred dollars cheaper but cost me a month, had to be constantly pushed to do anything, and did not have the all encompassing knowledge of the changing eviction landscape. If you find a cheaper Attorney, which there are not many, you will end up paying more. If there are Attorneys who charge higher, I still have NO DOUBT that they will not surpass FASTEVICTs speed. My landlord is being represented by this company. I have not been served with an unlawful detainer, but I was locked out my unit by my landlord and the lock to my mailbox was changed. I tried to call the company to see what stage of the eviction process I was at, due to being locked out despite not being served with any u lawful detainer, and the representative told me that they can’t give me any information, I would need to seek my own legal advice, and hung up on me mid sentence. Rude and unprofessional I understand they only represent landlords but I wasn’t looking for representation, I was trying to find out if what they’re client is doing is legal. I’m not sure what legal advice they’re giving to their tenants, but my landlord tried to illegally evict me after retaining these people as their eviction attorney.

This place looks like a prison barbed wire all over outside the fence.. people in the inland empire community said this place is known as dirty business lawyer name Mike .. so please be aware if you are the a defendant on an evection case / unlawful detainer.. please get your respond answer as soon get a letter in the mail or a posted letter with a case number. Seek legal aid for free service or inland county free service .. This place has been accused of lying perjury submitting fraudulent documents to the court... Please Don't let this corrupted business get away with it. The majority of the people that you see in the parks streets are outside gas stations it's because he's corrupt business has something to do with it... This is why this business has barbed wire all over the fence they're afraid of the bad things have done to people.. 🤔 is this place was acting in good faith they shouldn't be worrying about who comes in to this office.

This place takes advantage of you. They were very diligent on getting my money but then once They had it I never heard from them again. I needed them to finish an eviction for me. I had a court date set for June 10 2021. I would call and the female secretary would tell me the person handling my case was busy and would call me back. He never would. I finally got ahold of him a couple weeks before my court date and he told me that the default and writ was filed I was like awesome. He said they would keep me updated in a couple days. They never called me back. The week I had court I finally called the courthouse to see if anything had been filed on the case and the clerk said nothing has been filed not even paperwork stating I was being represented by a lawyer. Last thing filed was something I had filed back in March. I then called fast eviction and the female receptionist answered. I told her I want a refund you guys haven't done anything on my case. Why did he lie about filing paperwork when non have been filed. I just got off the phone with the courthouse. She told me to hold. I was on hold for over 20 minutes until I finally hung up. I also emailed them and told them I didn't need thier services no more and wanted a refund.To this day noone has called me back or emailed me. I had to report fraud to my bank and get a new debit card. I'm still waiting on a refund or response. Do not hire these people. Please read all the reviews first. Im pretty sure that 5 star review is a fake!
