Referrals & authorizations seem to get lost in the mix. You got to do alot of leg work to get them to go through. Staff is generally nice but seems problems are from to many patients being added to the list.

I have been trying to call the office for almost 8 months now, first to get the link for a appointment I had, secondly to cancel all appointments because I could never get anyone on the phone and 3rd to pay this co-pay I keep getting a bill for. How am I suppose to even pay this if the automated service recording take me in circles and no one calls me back? I tried to signup for the patient portal to pay my bill but that couldn’t find me as a patient. Please call me to collect payment.

My monthly insurance premiums are over 2k but primecare is more interested in saving Blue Shield money than providing healthcare. Stay away from them!

I was unhappy with my current doctor. I found these guys and thought I would give them a shot. I was extremely pleased all around. I didn’t have to wait long at all on the phone. They set me up with an initial intake for a new pcp right by my home quickly. I also had an immediate need and was able to go to the Extended care program. I was in and out in less than two hours on a Friday (from initial sign in to walking out the door including X-ray and prescription pick up). Everyone was friendly, understanding, and more than efficient. In the current state of doctor’s offices of “hurry up and wait”, I was extremely happy and would recommend these guys any day.

We only accept IEHP Cal Medi-connect, IEHP Dual Choice IEHP as a Secondary to Medicare or a Medicare Advantage Plan and the IEHP needs to be assigned to San Bernardino Medical Group.

They have after hour appointments, same-day appointments.
Monday - Friday: 9am-9pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9am-5pm. However it's recommended to come in at least 30mins to 1 hour prior to closing time (just in case physicians want additional lab tests to be done). Please call for their holiday hours.
They do not take medi-cal
