I was seen quickly after my accident. When I went back to get my release to work, they would not see me because I had been coughing. They told me I had to have a Covid-19 test. They rescheduled for 9 days later. I was told that I could be seen as a walk in, so I came in the next day only to be told that I couldn't be seen that day. My appointment was for 1:30, but didn't get called on to go back until nearly 2:45. That seems too long for me.

Making thing pretty doesn't make things more efficient. Being able to get things accomplished is more important for me. Everything take too long and you can't reach anyone on the phone. I have to drive to the office for everything. Doctor do the best that workers comp.allows. I personally had seen required over and over from the Doctors to worker comp. Office needed more staff not bigger rooms you're only in them a few minutes.More Staff Please better phone service.

Horrible, horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but this place is unorganized and it doesn’t matter what time you show up. They will take people ahead of you, no customer service and they lie to you. Stay away! Far away! I feel bad saying this, but I felt worse when I was there! They said a wait of 1.5 hours I waited 5 hours! 5 hours ridiculous !

My visit with this facility was pretty bad. The wait is always excruciatingly long. This time there were only 2 people ahead of me and it took approximately an hour and a half to be seen. On my previous visit the wait was two and a half hours. When I go in, the actual service time spent on me is 15 minutes. So what are they doing!? As I walked in this time, one of the employees was playing with the receptionist’s hair. That’s the kind of thing I see each time a approach the desk. The doctor is very unprofessional. Her speech and mannerisms are less like a doctor’s and more like a neighborhood barbers. She literally did not offer any help or advice on how I could recover physically. She tried to talk me out of scheduling physical therapy, but offered no other remedies. I think she got upset because she exclaimed, “I would not go that rout!” Then she left the room abruptly. She did not return. A staff member finished the appointment going back a fourth between the doctor and I to figure out what the next steps were. The staff member said that the doctor prescribed medication and that it would arrive at my home in a few days. I asked how will that help me today? Besides, what medication did she prescribe? They never told me what I had been prescribed! I received a paper that stated that the patient was given a paper prescription to take out of the office. That was not true. I will not be going back to Concentra.
