I visited the store on Sunday, July 24th and I could not believe the level of disrespect from the individual that was put in charge. He was rude a hostile. The store associate with was externally kind to me but told me that I ultimately had to deal with his rude manager. I cannot believe that the individual I spoke with today was placed into a leadership position. Although it is a wonderful location and the store looks nice, multiple customers were walking out, due to the poor service. I will not be visiting the game stop again under any circumstance. I suggest that you avoid this location at all cost.

This is an average GameStop. Obviously it doesn't have huge foot traffic, considering where it's located but it's still an ok store. They always have brand new games stocked when they come out and they keep their store clean. I don't know, that's a big thing for me.

Nice location, clean, and well organized. My problem is with their advertised opening time for black friday online vs when they actually opened. Online said they opened at midnight, but when we got there at 1145, there was a sign on the door that said 1230, and there was a group of about 10 of us who had the same issue. It was freezing and just poorly organized that online the time listed for opening was midnight and then a sign taped to the door said different.
