I went in to pick up a package that I was forced to send to the UPS store by Scentsy. On this day I was told that I was going to be charged $10 for the package prior to it being released to me because Scentsy used the UPS store address. I ended up walking out with my package and not paying the price of $5 that the manager decided to try and charge me. This business sounds like it's trying to make money after shipping costs have already been paid. Bad business and potentially fraudulent charges to unknowing customers. Shippers/receivers beware!

I overnighted a package to this UPS store after confirming that they are able to hold packages there for an additional $10. When my son went to pick the package up they no longer had it at the UPS store in Pittsfield because less than 24 hours after they received it they sent it back to the processing facility. Initially both the store and the facility were saying they didn’t have it and when they finally cleared it up the facility did have it. Unfortunately that’s not where I paid to have it overnighted.

Oct. 14 around 2pm I was treated extremely rude by a young kid working there. I’m a senior citizen and received eye rolling 3 times when I needed help at the computer and when he found I didn’t own a cell phone. He made it clear that I was not worth his time. I left in tears. My tears have turned to anger! Why is this person allowed to treat customers with such disrespect? This was my first visit and I will never return to this UPS center. I gave one star because there was no way to rate it lower!

My daughter went to return books she rented for her classes from Amazon, she encountered the rudest person at this site she's ever come across with. she's been renting books from amazon for over 4 years now and knows the routine on how to package them to return. He told her that he would only help her with her boxes if she donated to a charity box he had on the counter. Nasty grumpy pants who has no business exchanging work that he gets paid for to collect money for charity. Never ever going back there, I will drive miles to the next closest UPS location.
