Terrible property management company Absolutely the worst communication with new renters & will tell you they cant let you see the rental inside & that you can pay half now & half later & take your deposit money couple thousand dollars, But won't return the money if you decide not to rent from them because they didn't have the lease ready to sign prior to the 3 days of moving in & then blame it on you when they were the ones who didn't respond to the many messages that were sent & I will NEVER RECOMMENDED this Company until they make this right & return the money that they know should be returned to the renter they did this too

Would not recommend Park Place. At move in the house wasnt cleaned. We had to clean ourselves. At move out they generated a report that was over 100 pages long with supposed damages. They brought in black lights to look for non-visable damages. If damages are not visible, common sense would say that it should be normal wear. We retuned the property in better condition than we recieved it in. They also extorted us for $1500 when we applied for the rental. Also reported us to collections. The collections agency claimed to have sent the notice several days before the postmark on the envelope. The home owner was charged for window repairs that were supposedly stuck, and we had video at the time of move out that they windows they repaired opened, contrary to the report sent to the homeowner. We think the home owner is getting scammed as much as we were. PPPM threatened to charge me with harrasment if I tried to give our pictures and video to the home owner. We got a lawyer.

I rent from PPPM and I would imagine that they have something. You have a very large family. I would look into buying a home. Give them a call. Go to the office and see what they have. They've been great to me
