Quick service, X-ray availability and professional staff that went above and beyond. Took my child to a different urgent care the day prior and was a complete opposite experience. Sean and nurses made sure we were well taken care of.

The check in was good quick and friendly. The nurses were OK and fine. The extra tech was good. DOCTOR Thomas Heffernan was terrible. Complete lack of patient empathy and concern. The doctor lost his stescope and see like he was our of element and over whelmed prescrided ibuprofen for a severe back pain and injury. Can sit up or stand up with out pain sees how i am struggling could not get any prescription for like 3 days to get me back to work normally. This.was a compkete waste of 500 dollars and over 2 hours of my time. Dr. Heffernan was of ZERO help and actually is a bad doctor IMO. hate being treated like a nothing.

I had a bicycle accident and decided to go to Elliott urgent care. I was extremely happy to go to Elliott Urgent Care. There was no one in waiting area. They took me right in, got X-rays and CT scan and were very thorough in checking me out. I was impressed how professional and caring they were. I’ve told all my friends and neighbors it is the place to go in a non-life threatening incident.

Yes, they have extras at Elliot urgent care.
It is not a testing site. You must be evaluated by a provider and pay any co-pays as per your insurance. The providers have algorithms to determine what type of test. Currently, all send out tests are taking about 24 to 48 hours for results though it may change and be up to 5 days depending on volume.
You should be able to see the address in the MyEChart app under the appointment. Last I knew, pediatric neurology was at the main hospital.
You need to call your primary doctor. The will reset it.
