I've been to Troy's several times within the past year. The restaurant looks like something straight from Instagram and has been immaculate every time I've been there. I love knowing that there is no cross-contamination risk due to my gluten allergy. Allergy-safe places like this just don't exist in Southern NH and they should. Normally, we get smoothies and they are delicious. I've also enjoyed some gluten-free baked goods there and my hubby got a buffalo egg breakfast dish that he thought was really tasty. The only thing I don't recommend is the coffee. We have only tried the coffee once, but both mine and my spouse's were basically undrinkable and I waited almost 20 minutes for them. (I might try a coffee again on a different day and report back.) If you're looking for a safe place to eat that is reliably clean and has amazing smoothies, check out Troy's.

Drove an hour to bring my gluten free dairy free mom here and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Service was quick and efficient. AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! The fruit and veggies were fresh and the muffin didn’t even taste gluten free! My mom was smiling from ear to ear! We will definitely be back!

Holy moly. I got the west coast scramble and the house pesto is to die for. There was half an avocado on my bowl. Absolutely to die for. Coffee was great and the girl who makes them is friendly and helpful. My friend and I will be back for one of the summer specials as well! Everything looks great.

We searched a while for local vegan food and were so fortunate to find Troy's Fresh Kitchen. Our tofu scrambles were delicious and filling, especially when ordered over hash browns. The Game Day Scramble was delicious topped with ranch and buffalo squces. The Steak Bomb hit so nicely with big Beyond chunks! We also really enjoyed the cold brew!! Will definitely stop in again the next time we are around!
