It was very calm and not busy. The NP Jim was absolutely wonderful. He spoke to my child (the patient) as an individual and not just as a minor with a parent present. He genuinely cared about his voice and opinion. The nursing and triage staff were so kind, it was far above what I’ve experienced or ever anticipated. I cannot thank them all enough, they helped my family through a stressful situation with thoughtfulness and professionalism.
