Previous times i been in there he was very nice. I bought a couple of items from there prior to this incedent. The manager was so rude. I will NEVER go back there. An item that was in the store marked as sold for weeks that the buyer never picked up. I asked about it every time i went there. Finally today was the day that i could have picked it up. So i paid for it once he said If i could take it home today i can buy it. Mind you this whole time the item was surrounded by other sold items, which mean i was unable to see the entire thing to inspect (see picture). Once we loaded it up and i was looking at it i noticed the legs were loose and a big scratch on the fron that was not visible. I went in and asked him politely to come take a look. He just BLEW UP on me. "I CAN GIVE YOU A REFUND I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS". I SAID THEN FINE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. He even admitted that he didn't respond politely. As the manager or employee its your job to address customer concerns. I was very disappointed. I was not expecting it to be brand new, i also have to right to know of any damage an item may have. We all have bad days but leave your problems at home before you ruin someone else's day.

ReStore is a great place to purchase used furniture, appliances, tools, and decorations, and other things for your home. They sell building supplies such as wood, tiles, and nails. Everything is very affordable, with every item being severely marked down from what you would be paying brand new for it. The staff are all great and unique in their own ways. They will always jump up to lend a helping hand and they will even bring purchased furniture or other items to your vehicle. Some of the workers will strike conversation up with, which helps ReStore to stand out from the standard thrift or used furniture store. The ReStore accepts donations, which aides the Habitat for Humanity in raising money. In order to donate an item, drive to the store, continue driving until you see a green dumpster to your left, turn left immediately after the dumpster, you will see a garage door, back your vehicle up to it, and get out of your vehicle, there will be a door bell next to it, ring it and wait for assistance with your donation. Please do not dump your items at the door without an employee coming to help. Because the employees are hard at work throughout the store (potentially helping a customer move an object), you may have to wait patiently for a few minutes in order for an employee to greet you. After 4:00pm you are no longer able to donate any items, but you are still welcome to shop untill 5:00pm or 6:00pm (depends on the season I believe). When you shop and donate at ReStore, it helps raise money for the Habitat for Humanity, which builds low cost homes for underprivileged people who otherwise would have difficulty owning a home on their own. The ReStore is a great place to purchase high quality items at affordable prices, which actually ends up helping people in need. It also give people the chance to unload their unwanted (but good quality items) while feeling as if they are doing something useful with them rather than putting them on the curb. The ReStore welcome all and would love to have anyone come and shop or donate items.

ReStore accepts donations on the weekend, but call the store ahead of time to book an appointment to drop off.

I believe so.. If not they give u store credit
The inventory changes frequently. Your best bet would be to contact the store directly
Donna, questions like this are best asked directly to the place of business, as they know their specific policies and procedures.
