The location is simply Awesome. Everything you need or want is within walking distance. Grocery Stores, Shopping, Restaurants, Winery, Brewery, Hotels, Clubs, Beach, Dog Parks, Skate Parks, Walking, Hiking, Biking. The Staff is Awesome! The attentiveness that they have is always 100%.

Chris A. In maintenance helped replace our fridge and is very polite and professional. He was punctual and even helped with other minor issues that we had. It was awesome customer service and he made the problem a easy fix.

My boyfriend and I just recently moved here from out of state. We’ve been living in our apartment for about a month now and it’s been great! Any maintenance problems we had were taken of in a very timely manner. The gym and the dog spa are very nice as well. Christopher from the leasing office is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We love our apartment and the location and are not planning on leaving any time soon!

My experience here has been top notch!! From Christopher’s (management) warm, welcoming, and informative personality to the beautiful unit itself, I have enjoyed every little thing about it here. What really took my breathe away was the modern look and feel to these apartments. I love to cook, so having an updated and modern kitchen with modern appliances was a big deal to me and they did not disappoint here. The kitchen ended up being my favorite part of my unit and I can’t wait to get in there and start whipping things up.
