Only reviewing from a non-dairy perspective. Overall it's a pretty solid option but I do have two minor complaints. 1) You see all the delicious non-dairy options online only to get the 3 most bland options in-store. If I wanted chocolate or vanilla I would just get some ice cream from a grocery store. 2) There are actually a fair few ice chunks in the ice cream that I haven't experienced other places offering an oat milk based option. The actual place is nice and cool on a hot day. The staff were very helpful and nice despite being understaffed at the moment.

We have enjoyed going to Herrell's to get delicious ice cream for years! For our daughter's birthday this year, we ordered a unicorn/rainbow ice cream cake. The cake was absolutely beautiful and super yummy - and everything our daughter could have hoped for. She kept telling us how much she LOVED it...made all of her birthday dreams come true!

Very cute ice cream shop, you can tell they are very proud of the renovations they did. They have a wide variety of flavors. I got the vanilla soft serve with hot fudge which was good, but not as mind-blowing as I had been told it would be. Maybe I should have stuck to the hardserve ice cream flavors instead.
