Hi Cynthia, For online loan payments, you may pay by transferring within your Credit Union accounts or from another financial institution for free. Western Union's Quick Collect Online system allows you to pay your loan with a credit card for a fee.

I think you just need an ID. I can't remember because I have been with LBS for many years. They have been very good to me. I've had several loans with them, car and personal, and they take good care of you. They have a great mobile app for all your banking needs. Deposits, everything. I haven't been to a branch in years. If you open an account tell them I sent you and maybe we could both get a reward for it. Good luck.

If you are using an android phone just go to the Google play store and download the app or if you still have your old phone you can transfer everything from it to your new phone. I just did that switch from a Samsung galaxy s6 to an LG phone and it was very easy. You can also find an app that will transfer everything for you in the Google play store.

Once you login you will be able to check balances easily. You may also call us at 800.527.3328 to check your balance over the phone with our call center or set up phone banking with our HomeTeller system.

Claude, our Lakewood branch is located at 4916 Bellflower Blvd, Lakewood, CA 90713 and our Bixby Knolls branch is at 4436 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA 90807. Both branches open their walk-up windows from 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and the lobby opens from 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Hi Tina, If you open a savings or checking account here at the Credit Union you will automatically get quarterly or monthly paper statements in the mail. You can elect to set up eStatements (instead of paper) through Online or Mobile Banking . To qualify for our Free Checking account you would need to set up our eStatements. Otherwise, it's up to you whether you keep the paper coming or select eStatements. Also--thanks Kath for your response!
