HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Slow process with everything Loans, debit cards, and even getting someone on the phone. Great rates if you ever get approved. I have got two car loans (45k) one paid & full & another with a 1k left on it Never been late. Tried getting a personal loan for 5k for moving expenses and after calling everyday for two weeks I was told I would only be approved for 1000$ possibly. Then this dude literally told me "Well it's still being processed call us back in a few days". Denied offer of course. I was offered more from a credit union that I'm not even a member with.
