Advertise prices at MSRP on various websites. Try to get you into the dealership only to tell you there is a $10k markup on the vehicle above the advertised price which I believe is illegal. Promise callbacks from managers that never come. All in all just a scummy post Covid dealer using predatory tactics to lie and deceive their customers. Good luck!

I usually dread going to the dealership to get my car serviced and it might have luck of the draw but I was able to schedule an appointment online to come in within 15 minutes for general car service. Definitely wanted to highlight my experience with Jorge who was super friendly and made my experience quick and easy. I was expecting to stay at the dealership for at least a couple hours but they finished within 45 minutes from arrival! I was already deep into doing some work on my laptop and I literally decided to stay longer because the waiting area was great. Free wifi, drinks/coffee, and comfortable seating. Next time I have to come to get my car serviced, I'll be coming here just because of the atmosphere.

Mine was a 2014S Corolla (We upgraded it) and they got 50,000 miles. Also, Long Beach CA has really bumpy roads so I would say those tires did very well.

Don't buy or lease a Toyota my Tacoma 2017 with 7200 miles just went lemon law, otherwise west coast Toyota is very kind and service department is great too.
