I am very upset with this bank. My mom opened this account for me when I was a little girl. That’s over 20 years of both my mother and I using the same bank account. I hadn’t been using it for about a year and a half because I was on vacation from work, so I had no need to make a deposit or withdrawal. Well, I came in today to cash two checks and I noticed it was taking a lot longer than usual. After giving me all green flags the teller went to speak to her boss which was confusing to me. The woman came back to me claiming because I haven’t been using my account they wanted to hold my checks. That was all the information I was given. It’s not a crime not to constantly use your bank account, it’s in good standing, I don’t owe the bank money and it’s been open and used for years. I’ve never had an issue at this bank in that many years. If there is a new manager And new employees that don’t know what they are doing I am not a fan of them. I went to chase right down the street and had no problems doing what I needed them to do.

Been with LBSFCU for many years. A lot of ups and downs, but when I needed help the most Mr. Napper and his team were there for me. Because of their assistance I was able to rebuild my life. Mr. Napers' kindnesses and understanding will never be forgotten. Thank you! By the way for the most part of the employees at the bellflower branch are nice yes, the lines are long sometimes. The tellers want to be accurate when dealing with money. Speed does not always equal efficientcy. Nile Rodgers is a great employee and an excellent 'brand representative' for LBSFCU!

Always great service. I've been a customer since they were on Long Beach Blvd. Skyler Dorcett was very professional, polite and thorough. I also use the banking app which is too convenient. Keep up the good work.

This location is really clean big and niceeee! The teller help today was pleasant! Wow I was just blown away. This has been the most kindest bank experience I’ve had yet. I’ve had Wells Fargo and chase and lbs beats both of them! Always on call and kind. Really like that it’s a basic needs bank and doesn’t play any games. Gets you what you need.

Hi Bailey, we do not have a coin machine at our Bixby Knolls branch. We do have a coin machine at the following branches: East Long Beach (4341 East 10th Street, Long Beach), Lakewood (4916 Bellflower Blvd, Lakewood) and Cerritos (11239 183rd Street, Cerritos).
Hello Georgi-girl Van Renesse. Our Saturday hours at Bixby Knolls, Cerritos, East Long Beach, Lakewood and Los Altos branch are 9 am to 2 pm.
Not a clue. He should go to a branch with his paperwork and ask. Or there should be a phone number to call in that paperwork. Though what ever he has been doing to keep the registration current with the DMV for the last 12yrs is probably enough. They may have transferred the title to his name without the physical paper just digitally. Also this is a public forum(more or less), not a direct line to the bank.
Hi, Shelita! Our walk-up opens at 8:30 am.
