Great place to Bank. Been with LBS since I was a HS student at LB Wilson back, well, a long time ago, at least 30 years. Service has always been great and helpful, but recently, the phone waiting time is getting really long. Used to get someone in a few minutes. Yesterday was on hold for over 10 minutes, had to hang up. so far today, been now waiting just over 5 minutes. Let's not lose that great service standard.
