Russell Marco of Brownell Team realtors did an exceptional job assisting us to find a Condo, on which we closed in June of 2022 without a hitch. Would absolutely him use again and recommend him.

From the day we met her on the phone, Dorthy was always available and very informative about every community we were interested in buying, it really counts to your advantage that your agent grew up in Las Vegas. She did diligent research on pro and comps on each property, making sure it was making sense from the investment perspective as well for the moneys in return of investment, if the proper offer was submitted; educating us during the process as when the investment was not making sense, regardless if we wanted that property, it had to make sense. We had some bumps on the road, we were outbid many times, we backed up on one (diligence time) and Dorthy never neglected us in any way each time, very transparent and reliable; always on top of the search for new properties to look for after one and two and many outbids, new study was given on each new chosen property. We were very happy with her experience and professionalism and taking our concerns personally when something was not going our way to make it happen. Gladly and highly recommend her and her team; all were always available in every step of the way. Thank you much Dorthy.
