Don't bring a watch here for battery replacement if you ever want to get it back. The "contractor" as they call him is not there every day. If you come to pick up a watch on his day off the staff claims they are unable to retrieve anything he's worked on. Yet his hours are not advertised on the website. Yes, I realize I could pick up a phone but in this day & age their website should have this information. No empathy by the manager, really bad customer service.

I will never come here again. I later found out I was being help by the assistant manager, Jennifer. I came a week before their 50% off sale was ending. I was doing a trade in, we picked out a ring, and she even sent me a video of the ring to show my husband. I brought him in the day before the sale ended, excited we were going to get that special ring. The regional manager, Natalie was there she greeted us first, told her about the trade in, and the new ring I wanted. I guess there was a misunderstanding about the trade in, but whatever the case I was never told I couldn't get the ring. Why send me a video of it if it's not an option. But Jennifer tells me that day I couldn't get the ring, what! She looks my ring up, and says there is a 100 dollar difference that is preventing me from getting the ring. She asked Natalie for the okay, and she says no. Jennifer's solution was for us to pay 300 dollars more after the sale verses the 100. I was to the point of tears that I had to walk away. There was nothing else I wanted. I had my heart set on the one. But my husband took me the next day, the last day of the sale and the employee there said I could try another Fred Meyer's for other options. I tired TV hwy, then the imbrie one. Guess what my ring was there, and I left that day with that ring, turns out we paid less for the ring that I was trading in, and I could get the ring. So, if Jennifer and/or Natalie had did their jobs, and clicked on the final sales page, they would of left with a sale and a happy customer. They made this one of the worst experiences of my life.The person who turned it around was Nancy Putnam, at the imbrie location. Thank you Nancy.

Gas attendants have horrible customer service skills. Didn't ask for my rewards number, got upset when he had to cancel transaction, and handed me my receipt without saying anything like thank you.
