This is not a reputable company. I was lied to and cheated. I was sent to their office by Somnomed to receive an appliance to help with my mild sleep apnea. It was suggested by the dentist that I also get an additional mouth piece to readjust my mouth after wearing the sleep apnea one. I said I preferred to wait and see if I needed it. I was told that if I waited it would cost me extra money. I was told by Heather that they called my insurance company and was told they would cover the cost of the additional appliance. I say, "Ok, let's do it." As it turns out the extra appliance was NOT covered by my insurance company. I was now responsible for the $550 for the additional appliance. I called Somnomed and they said that 1. Smile Dental should have never approached the insurance company and 2. They keep the mold for a few months so it would NOT have cost extra to wait. Smile Dental said that the $550 bill was ONLY for the insurance company. The actual cost was only $200 which I am now responsible for. I don't even wear the additional appliance. This company is unethical and does not care about it patients. I do NOT recommend that you go here. They are hungry for your money.

I am forever grateful to the team at Smiles Northwest. Heather and the front office staff are wonderful, warm, and welcoming and are the best at appointment reminders. The back office staff never seem hurried and always take time to ensure patient comfort. Dr. Chen is masterful at tackling challenging dental procedures, of which I have presented many, and manages to restore my teeth and keep me smiling. I want to thank you for always striving for optimal outcomes.

Great staff and overall excellent experience! I had not been to the dentist in over 2 years and was a bit nervous on the condition that my teeth would be in. My cleaning was top notch, I left the office feeling like I had a clean slate to work with. Dr. Chen and his staff were very pleasant to work with. So grateful I found Smiles Northwest!

This dental office is amazing. Like a lot of people I have a huge fear of going to the dentist. They made me feel very comfortable and put my mind to ease. Dr. Dotson does an excellent job, and is so friendly and personable. Between my last appointments I had plans to go somewhere that I had talked to her about at my previous appointment. My last appointment she said she had been thinking about me and ask how my plans went. That is above and beyond what her job requires of her. It made me feel good that she followed up on what we talked about .. especially since it was my personal life she was following up on, and not just my dental issues. My hygienist Vanessa is equally amazing! Both at her job and just being an all around friendly person. My teeth were not in the best shape and never once have they made me feel like it was my fault due to neglect on my part, or feel like they were judging me in any way. I have had no issues with any billing discrepancies (like at my last dentist) Heather in the front office has handled everything like a pro. I am so grateful I found this office. They have been more than supportive in my journey to healthy beautiful teeth. I drive from Vancouver to Beaverton for my appointments, and will continue to do so. When you find amazing dental care like I have with this office, no amount of driving is too far. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office.

No, Invisalign doesn't hurt. However, when you switch to a new set of aligners, your teeth and gums may feel a little sore or tender for a few days. This is because the aligners are applying new pressure to keep moving your teeth (a good sign!). On the bright side, you won't have to deal with pokey brackets and wires associated with traditional braces. Visit our website to learn about Invisalign in Beaverton.
The average cost of Invisalign in the United States is between $3,000 and $7,000. This is comparable to braces. You may also pay less if your insurance has orthodontic coverage. To find out how much Invisalign will cost you, schedule a consultation with our Invisalign Provider in Beaverton.

The short answer: Professional tooth whitening by a dentist. Why? It'll work better than store-bought or DIY methods.
