Every single time my family or I go inside this establishment, it's the same to ladies. One is usually sitting there staring at the computer not helping anyone the ENTIRE TIME ppl are packed in there. The other lady is, but she is so miserable that she makes your life miserable. She will punish you if your a walk in. We just waiting 30 mins with no ppl coming in. Ppl with appointments at that time didn't show up but she made us sit there for 30 mins while no one came until the NEXT APPOINTMENT!?!?! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME this year I have experienced this type of behavior from these two. I have seen it also. Please for the love of God get new employees I'm there or a strict manager to make sure these two aren't doing whatever they want to do. There so rude to you an others. The condescending sarcasm from those two is just perfectly mastered from them. Its completely asinine that this has become NORMAL PRACTICE. The level of laziness is appalling. I truly hope others see what I'm saying. I'm sure those two deal with alot. But alot of ppl don't deserve this.

Needed to get my new license… the two ladies were very friendly and helpful.

I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at a DMV… Until today! I went in expecting it to be like every other DMV experience. You know, where the people are rude, don’t care what your situation is, will send you away without batting an eyelash rather than helping you print out a piece of paper that you didn’t know you needed for whatever service you came for😂. I went here today to transfer an out-of-state license. There was a lovely woman named Kim who assisted me. I brought all kinds of extra paperwork because I didn’t want to be sent away for forgetting some thing. She was so kind and she could tell I had no idea what I was doing. She helped me sort through/organize everything. Super quick and painless. Thank you, Mrs. Kim! I don’t think I’ve ever had a smile on my face after leaving a DMV 😂!

Going to this DMV in twin mountain was amazing. I don't want to talk about it too much because I don't want others to find out how great it is, how personable the people who work there are, and the ease of getting things done.

Yes
I did a walk in. When you show up they ask if you have an appointment, I didn't. Then they ask if you want to standby and I did so. I only had to wait until they were not too busy, only a few minutes. I do recommend having all of your documents in order. Birth Certificate, passport, INS forms, 2 forms of proof of residency things of that nature.
County code or Country code?
Yes, go online.
yes. plan for a long wait if you do not have an appointment
The process will be faster for you when visiting the DMV if you have an appointment.
You can schedule an appointment online for real ID appointment or renewal. You can also renew regular ID online if you have the letter you were sent with the ID code. Make sure you have all the documents you need for the real ID or you waste your time going for your appointment.
Yes. Call them & then they will tell you when to come
Yes. Be prepared to wait a while. They are very helpful and friendly. At least the lady I talked with.
You need an appointment
You need to call them and make an appointment and they will tell you the documents you'll need
If you aren't getting veteran's plates or vanity plates, you can just do the full registration, town and state portion, at your town hall. If you have to get your registration at DMV, I believe they have a drop off service. I would call to make sure. Our situation was that we had just moved back to NH and needed an appointment at DMV to get our licenses. We had already started the registration process at our town hall but had to finish it at DMV because I wanted veteran's plates. We were able to do the state portion of the registration, including the veteran's plates at the same time we got our licenses at DMV. But again, our situation was a little different. Good luck
I don't think so. I believe it has to be in VT. You have to call and make an appointment unless you get a letter in the mail with a special code saying you can do it online. If you do it online your picture stays the same. It may be different in VT, but that's how it is here. Most other things you have to print out a form and write a check or money order and put it in a locked drop box they have and they call you. I hope this helps.
Not sure about the plates you will have to call them
I believe you have to call to make an appointment & you will leave with the paper ones. The real plastic ones will be mailed in a few weeks.
Think so
The most commonly used documents to prove identity include a social security cardand either a certified copy of a birth certificate or an unexpired passport. Proof ofresidency, such as a valid, unexpired New Hampshire driver license or non-driver ID,utility bill or property tax bill, will also be required.Dec 15, 2016
