The gentleman I worked with was ok. The older lady was extremely helpful and understood what needed to be done. The other 2 younger ladies were incompetent rude and didn't have a clue. Maybe have a line for more complex transactions and pay that person more and the others can stick to renewals and vision testing at a rock bottom wage where they belong. One other thing if I knew that older woman's name I would tell you to give her a raise and a hug. She was a wonderful person

They take forever and some of there workers have a very bad attitude... if your in a job that you have ro deal with people and you can't find another job that's my opinion.

6 people ahead of me in line, was "in & out" in less than 30 minutes with all my questions answered and the paperwork I needed in my hands. Excellent service compared to any other DMV experience I've ever dealt with.

You can stop by and be in a standby line. Wear a mask. Someone greets you at the outside door. Bring expiring permit and any other paperwork of course.

You can ask for appointments on line, they will send you a provisional permit until you receive the new stickers... but its a very slow process, I haven't received mine since July.
