This is the first time I've ever been to Conn's and my experience was stellar!! I cannot sing enough praise about the sales associate who helped me today! Miss Ja was phenomenal she answered all my questions she didn't rush me and even when the contract was almost complete it was NO PROBLEM for her to have us to start all over again til I was satisfied. The prices are great! The prices online are the same as the prices in store. Getting my washer is getting delivered FOR FREE tomorrow and I cannot wait!

We were supposed to get our new bed today and when I called to check on the status of it the man I spoke to from the delivery center said that one of our items were not in stock and they failed to let us know that and we had already moved everything out for the new bed. Wish they would have let us know instead of me having to call.

Was promised delivery the next day. Didn’t receive a call the next day. When we called the store they said it wouldn’t be delivered for two more days. Very disappointing

The lady who helped me got a gentleman I guess that was his Department he came right away explain everything to me about the insurance plan if I wanted it and he was very very helpful and polite had good manners I will go back again thank you Conn's
