I love the Laurel Library I am there usually twice a week because I'm a voracious reader. The majority of the staff is very helpful and friendly with the exception of one person at the desk who is absolutely miserable and should probably look for a new job, there are times that I go in and see her working and just turn around and go back out the door. I am already planning to send an email to her boss and her boss's boss because she just makes going in there so unpleasant. I gave them five stars because everything else there is just great, if she was the only one working there I would give it minus five stars

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Facility is always immaculate. The renovations indoors & outdoors are breathtaking! Nicely done. #GoLaurel!

My first time there was not a good experience 😕. To be kind is everything...

The Laurel library is one of my favorite places. I hope post-COVID they are able to keep the unattended children in limited numbers. It's not a day care center!

You can search for the book on the library website. If you can't find it call the library and ask if they can get the book for you. You will need to give your library card #.
I've never seen one, everything is accessible online on the website though. once you log on with your library card.
Yes, the first five prints are free daily. After that 15 cent for b/w and color is double the price.
Seyram Boachi is correct. There's no fee unless you have returned the borrowed items back on time.
I don't believe that they do but it doesn't hurt to ask. Do libraries anywhere in the DMV offer that service?
You can browse the library materials without a card. You will need a library card to check out books.
