This review is for Mr. Lucas working at Party city at Baltimore Avenue, Laurel. I had placed an order for 2 balloon bouquets. Firstly, I was late. By the time when I reached there, the store was closed. He saw my standing outside the door and opened the door for me to grab my balloon bouquets for my kids birthday. He was extremely patient and a delight and made absolutely gorgeous bouquets. When I left it was windy and one of my balloon bouquets flew from my hands and fell on the road and popped :( it was really sad but luckily Mr. Lucas was watching as he was closing the door. He quickly called me again and made me another one even more quicker. His customer service was spot on! I would recommend everyone go to the store and if Mr. Lucas is attending you, I'm sure you wont be disappointed! Thank you Mr. Lucas at Party City Baltimore Avenue for making my kids smile on their birthday!!
