This service doesn't employ quality employees that seem to care about their company image. Their employees curse like sailors with a low and unimaginative vocabulary through your neighborhood. They will also throw your entire bin in the back of their trucks.

Customer service is completely absent - what a joke. Repeatedly called, trying to get ahold of someonebut no luck. Voicemail inbox is full. Recorded message says all personal are busy with other customers - that seems to be a lie. Girlfriend's phone is stuck in recycle bin and we cant get in touch with anyone to help. Now she is going to be out a $1000 phone.

I am currently doing renovations around my yard as well as installing a vinyl privacy fence. One of the drivers from this company came down my alley today and disposed of all of my tools and materials that I am using for my renovations. I did not hire this company, does anyone know who I can contact about getting reimbursed 4 all of my tools and material? I managed to Chase down the driver of the truck but he wasn't helpful, the only reason I wasn't out in the yard when it happened is because it's raining today

Really rude recycle guy! I was outside and heard the recycle truck coming. I waited so I could return my empty bin and that of my elderly neighbor's to our back yards. One guy saw me and yelled to his colleague "see...they are watching you, everything you do, just in cast we might rob them". I was insulted and tried to explain myself to his guy and he wouldn't even hear me out. I decided this poor fella didn't know any other way to interact with people. I hope the company sees this post and puts him on another route - who needs that kind of attitude, behavior and rhetoric!
