The scavenger hunt was a hit with my daughter. The self-guided tour was very informative and the handout showed what order to view the mansion in. The hands on room is temporarily closed because of COVID. Beautiful garden outside!

My little one went to camp here once. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff seemed friendly. There was an open exhibit that showed the cooking quarters, a depiction of a slave, and a replica of utensils and types of food they would cook for the big house. But, it is a former plantation and not just a house or mansion.

We really enjoyed touring the estate as we love history. It is a self guided tour & each room had a sign giving all the information you needed. The lady in the small gift shop was very knowledgeable & was able to answer our questions.
