This is an Update I don,t know why there are so many bad Reviews. Everytime i have a Request,it is dealed with in a timely matter. The Neighborhood and People are nice.At Night i hear hardly any Noise. Heck sometimes i think my Tv is to loud and i desturb the Peace and Quiet. I,m sure my Neighbors let me know if i am. I will stay here as long as The Seasons allow me too. I LOVE IT HERE.

CATHY PALMER !!!!!! I applied to the seasons and i got approved CATHY CALLS ME TO GO OVER A FEW THINGS AND THE WAY SHE COMES OFF AT ME AS IF SHE WAS ANGRY OR SOMETHING .. you shouldn’t call people with that tone of voice it sounds like you have an attitude and i will not be moving into the seasons, and by the way I spoke to her three times and it was all the same outcome it’s a shame

EDIT: seems that the excuse of not finding anyone in your database is your go to. Well you sure post my rent check every month. Nice try! And at your disposal??? Is that all you have. You weren’t at my disposal when i was waiting to speak with you surrounding the ROACHES in my home as you kindly brushed passed me to leave for the day and didn’t have time! Save your pathetic response. I will be dealing with this matter above your level since you are only responding to me because i emailed your headquarters and wrote a review. Pretty sad that’s how people get responses. Would leave -0- if I could. I literally cannot get ahold of the manager at Seasons in Maryland. You have to SCHEDULE an appointment to speak with her and she is only AVAILABLE 2 days per week between 3-5 pm. Like is this a joke? No walk ins are welcome. Not to mention she is never there. Email Regional Manager and she acknowledges my issue and tells me she will work on it. I have sent her THREE emails with no response much like the Seasons manager Dana. I email the CEO and President (Jake and Richard) and what do you know???? NO RESPONSE. The entire company is a joke and could careless about the residents that pay to live in their communities. Never in my life have I had to experience this many people who literally DO NOT RESPOND.

If you're moving to Covered Wagon or anywhere nearby, finding parking is a task after 9 pm. Try to move near the leasing office and do a very thorough inspection of the new unit.
