If you're moving to Covered Wagon or anywhere nearby, finding parking is a task after 9 pm. Try to move near the leasing office and do a very thorough inspection of the new unit.
It can depend on your family dynamics. It's a better place if you have young kids then it is if you've got teenagers
I have been here for two years and I believe it's a decent environment. Never had any issues with them. Except that the storage you see on the layout online ( on the patio/ balcony) is not accessible.
