I was pre-approved by my bank for a motorcycle and wanted to start shopping! I found a couple of bikes online at this shop and decided to check it out. My family came with me to see the one I would pick out. We walked in the store and browsed for a few minutes while we tried to recognize an employee. That tactic failed. I noticed two employees sitting behind the desk doing something on the computer. I assumed the only person carrying a conversation with another “customer” was the salesperson when he asked if we needed some help. I asked about being able to sit on the bike, and about the possibility of lowering it. He spent about 30 seconds answering me and that was the extent of help I received from the staff. That “customer” spent more time talking to me about the possibilities for the bike than anyone else did. Overall it was all bad. I came to spend money and left extremely frustrated. Time to find the bike somewhere else.

Where do I begin...We were in the market for a small UTV for our property. After doing lots of research, I determined the Kawasaki Mule would be a great machine for our needs. Due to supply chain issues, the Mule is an incredibly hard machine to locate right now. I contacted numerous dealers who never returned calls/emails or had large waiting lists. Heyser Cycle quickly reached out letting me know they had one of the only 2022 Mule Pro MX SE units available on the east coast. After a quick chat, Will put me in touch with Ronnie who had the machine ready to test ride and inspect. My wife and kids had a great time looking around the shop and the atmosphere was welcoming. Communication throughout the purchase process was phenomenal and the unit was safely delivered with a full tank of gas and Gary took the time to do a quick overview of everything. I can't say enough positive things about the team at Heyser and definitely recommend them for any of your powersports needs! I've already ordered some accessories for our new Mule and Heyser's prices are just as competitive as any online retailer. They have definitely earned a customer for life!
