this is the third time I used Alan’s Repair shop within two years!!! Third time cracked screen- EVERY TIME Alan is super fast in responding and if materials are not on site he expedited it to be available same or next day!!! Once I dropped off my phone for repair- didn’t even have enough time for girls’ shopping spree!! lol as phone supposed to be ready around 30 min…. Phone was done at times UNDER 30 min!!! HIGHLY recommend Alan’s shop he is always available via text/call and makes WHATEVER possible!!! plus his staff is super friendly and just really cool! Thank you Alan! I know I’ll be back with my clumsy self! LOL

Boy! That was fast. My ugly, scratched up screen looks new again. On New Year’s Eve and with no appointment, no less, I came in and dropped off my phone. Wow! About an hour later, it was done. Reasonable charge and fast service are definite plus signs. Cracked again - I was bk again in August as I have repeatedly though unintentionally dropped my phone several times recently. The phone said, “Enough!”

Terrible, this seems shady. "Our credit card machine went down last week and we only accept cash" (Sign on wall states they accept credit cards.) Really, in a week you can't fix the machine? I went to a repair place near Giant off New Hampshire in Silver Spring - I don't remember the name - they accept credit cards and did a great job replacing son's cellphone battery.
