I cancel the delivery and had my guy picked up my order but they never care to return my money back for extra charge second floor service and I go there see the sales person and call accounting no one answer my phone it’s only 20$ I gave away to homeless more than that but in my mind it’s not right!!! It’s been few months so very bad service!

Horrible experience with a malfunctioning Microwave mfg by Frigidaire. This microwave blew out the power at my home, then it took forever to be replaced e.g. six months. The customer service and lack of accountability by A1 or Frigidaire is awful. Once they have your money, do not expect any recourse or much help. My suggestion would be to use a company that can back up with it sells and has the power and resources to make things right. I hve purchased from A1 long ago, they are no where the company they once were. Never again will I recommend nor buy from them.
