Fabulous Cantonese bbq and porridge! Super authentic and a real gem. Do not go and complain about the Formica tables and the service etc. Chinese people come here for the food full stop.

Good cash only quick Chinese food

When my relatives visit this is a place we always go and we love the food. Service can be a bit slow but the cheap prices make up for it. Their menu is also massive and the waiters and waitresses somehow have all the dishes memorized to all the numbers. The place is fairly clean and it’s great for a big family meal or just a small occasion lunch.

Un Seng Chio

Although named ‘Porridge King’, they also serve other classic Cantonese dishes and have a BBQ section (for char siu, duck, etc.). The main negative is that they are generally more expensive than other restaurants in the area (e.g. Skyline Cafe). Their regular wonton noodle soup was $11.50 before tax and tip. It came with A LOT of egg noodle, and the soup and wontons tasted great. No veggies or garnish of any kind though. Service was better than at Skyline Cafe. Cash only.
