Why they always have left over 1/2 a quart oil handed to me . the car takes 5 quarts , this never happened in dealership , that means they don’t wait enough till it drains the old oil , unprofessional, and if i use them oil Pennzoil ,is the lowest quality oil in the market . Also Price is more expensive than dealership $100 vs $75 . Last time to go there , price and lake of professionalism
