My clerk lady was extremely helpful and genuine upon license renewal process! Much better than previous times...

Door greeter was good and helpful. 3 receptionist were working out front but 1 leaves every time one returns for about 20 + minutes, so only 2 working at a time. Younger girl acts more caring and works twice as fast, the older women that I had acts annoyed with every question and not helpful or friendly. Definitely need more help and less breaks.

The Bureau Motor Vehicles in Sanford was the best experience I have ever had at a Bureau of Motor Vehicles the gentleman that took care of me was polite courteous and you got me in and out of there in record time I would recommend the BMV in Sanford to anyone needing help I am astounded with the good service I received there

Door greeter was very friendly and helpful. The wait time wasn't overly long and service agent was knowledgeable and professional.

Birth certificate, proof of residency, your photo ID and if there is any name change from your birth certificate to your current name you will need legal documentation justifying the change ie a marriage license. You will get an eye test and a new, unflattering photo.
No. Just walk in. BMV always gets a bad rap but my family has only received efficient and relatively quick service
Nope. Open to walk in. Security guard may be posted, will ask few questions, you get a ticket an then sit an wait.
