Tuesday - guy at front desk did not answer phone so had to make reservations online. He spent all his time sitting outside on his cell phone smoking a cigarette. Our AC went out and we needed a place local to stay. This place seems to only cater to construction people. Room was standard, breakfast was OK. Karen at the front desk in the morning was awesome. We are priority club members and this wasn't what we normally expect to see. May try the La Quinta across the street the next time we need a hotel.

For some reason they turn off the AC before you get there...in Texas...in the summer. Don't stay here. Left after my room was over 80 for 40 min. Went to the Hilton Garden down the road instead, way better there.

Was moved here from a sister property, and the night we checked in was June 9th. The front desk lady that evening was super nice. Even the night shift front desk lady was super sweet. Now the next morning, Karen was at the front desk and she is just not suitable for a hospitality position. Even my husband who never EVER likes to complain said we need to say something. She's not kind or friendly at all. Other than our interaction with Karen, we really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The employees were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The breakfast and coffee were also very good. Negative: It was difficult getting into and out of the hotel as the only access was off a very busy street.
