I just re-read this review and, five years having gone by, I feel I should provide an update. During the last five years, many things have changed. We've gone through a pandemic, watched our kids grow, and (most of us) have earned a few more gray hairs. And my opinion regarding Bee Caves Family has only continued to grow. The care provided by Staff has never waivered and the addition of Dr. Pratt has only increased my confidence in the level of care I've received from BCFP. They truly care about their patients. What follows is my earlier post. Original Review: I trust Dr. Freeland and his staff completely with my health care. I've been a patient of Bee Caves Family Practice for several years. After having been misdiagnosed repetitively by several doctors at one of the large medical practices, I went to Dr. Freeland. At my age, none of the other physicians even thought to test me for mono - but Dr. Freeland did. It had completely trashed my immune system, but through his competent care, I am healthier now than I have been in years. They take the time to get to know you, and your concerns. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

SERIOUSLY?? I HAVE NOT BEEN TO TEXAS IN OVER 10 YEARS AND YOUR BCFP JUST BILLED ME A $100 FOR A VISIT 2 MONTHS AGO THAT I WAS NO WHERE NEAR TEXAS OR BEE CAVES FOR OVER TEN YEARS THAT HAS ALREADY HIT MY CREDIT REPORT AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE,,,DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE..OUR LAWYERS ARE ALL READY ALL OVER THIS!! SEE YOU IN COURT BCFM!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

Bee Cave Family practice needs to let their patients know when there is an outstanding balance on their account when we are in the office. I have been in the office several times this last 2 years and have been paying my deductible and what I thought was any outstanding balance when I left. My credit report just got hit a negative 31 points due to this practices stating I owe $107 from God know when. The collections agency never contacted me and again, I have been in their office several times since. I just paid the $107 to get it off my credit report in about 30 days from now. Not good practice-I will not be back.

Total disregard for Covid spread: unmasked receptionists, unmasked patients in waiting area, hostile if you request nurse to be masked. Reporting to medical board.
