I just wanted to update my review now that I've moved out after living in the community for 27 months. It's a really beautiful community both the North and South side are very well taken care of; It feels like your living in paradise. Perfect place for someone moving to Tampa. I had no major issues with any appliances or amenities while there and when I had minor ones it was a simple call to get them resolved within 24-48 hours. The maintenance staff is GREAT very friendly and eager to help with anything. The leasing office staff was hit or miss though Ray and Denise in particular were VERY hospitable and easy to talk to. There were a few other stand outs whose names I can't recall at the moment but the majority of the leasing office treated me like an annoyance anytime I had a question or issue such as needing a new Gate FOB. I don't want to turn this review into a rant but there were numerous other times in the leasing office the professionalism was questionable but still as a whole my experience with Cortland Bayport was positive and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an apartment or townhome. The pool in the North section and the gym in the south section were standouts I used a lot and made for great gathering places for the community as a whole.

We have lived at Cortland Bayport or 4 years. Staff has always been great. We recently had some questions and asst mgr, Denise V was amazing. Very helpful. We really appreciated her willingness to help. Would definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of having Dylan , lead pest tech, work in our apartment. Dylan is working diligently to help the issue and goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He is thorough and makes sure to explain the process as well as set up preventative measures. Dylan is a great asset to the maintenance team and our Cortland Bayport Community!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to in case of Cortland Bayport as I have loved living here for more than 2 years now. The Community is well managed, and the staff is always working hard and promptly to ensure that the residents are having a peaceful stay. A recent service request for my apartment required an outside vendor to come in and fix a bad leak over the weekend. As I was having guests over that weekend, Pauline and Heidi were able to work with the vendor to re-prioritize the work and ensure that the issue was fixed ahead of original schedule leading to my guests having a pleasant visit. Thanks Team!
