excellent place to live, I have no doubt about that, I lived there for 3 years…. but what I cannot understand is after having lived there for so long, and without delays with my rent payments or problems, I do not understand how when I moved in they were unable to contact me to notify me that we had to pay an additional maintenance fee…. 3 years living in the community and without any problem, with all my contact information (phone numbers and emails) and they simply give me an excuse saying that they do it by mail. Well, now my credit score has been affected because they sent me a collection company for administrative negligence, it is not fair that one go through this type of bad time for simply not making an effort to contact a former resident to explain the situation. It was easier to send a letter to nowhere and then say go to collection, and after 3 months of having paid it is still reflected in my report…. Totally disappointed in Camden for his management.

We have lived in numerous complexes in numerous cities because of work transfers and this is by far our favorite. We've lived here for about a month now and I try to wait to give reviews until I can get a good feel for responsiveness. Stephen was the leasing agent that helped us and is incredibly personable. We visited a few Camden properties and all agents were very impressive. You can tell the Camen culture is customer focused. We chose Camden Bay because it felt more "tropical" since it was a large spread out community with water access and large common areas. It is an older complex but you would never know it because they have a massive staff. Everyday you will see at least 4 maintenance folks driving the property, whether they are taking calls for repairs, or just maintaining the property. They also budget for replacing equipment, whether the pool area furniture or gyms. We did have a mold issue because of an AC unit leaking upstairs but they were right on the call and fixed it (fixed and then repaired wall) within 2 days.

I am a new resident at Camden Bay and my experience has been wonderful. I leased an apartment sight unseen with Marisa and she was so helpful in making a decision. I love my apartment, its location and view. It's everything she told me it would be and more. Not to mention, the community is gorgeous. Its large enough to take walks within it, and having a private dock with direct access to the Chanel leading to Tampa Bay, is an unmatched amenity. 2 weeks after moving here and I am a water sports enthusiast. I highly recommend this community and it's staff. Thank you Camden Bay!

Ruby was AMAZING. I moved from out of state, flew down here for a couple of days to tour some different apartments in the area and I can say Ruby was the only leasing consultant to make it 100% worth it. The community really feels like home and the amenities are amazing. Beautiful gated area, right across the street from target & other essential shops you may need to go to. Apartment is beautiful and although there were a few minor things I noticed after moving in, Ruby put the requests in right away & has just been the most kind & super helpful person I could’ve ever asked for moving down here!! 10/10 community & staff!
