I worked from 2006 to 2012 in Silver oak since I was called JK before and after renewing there is something that I want to say I met many good residents and but there is a group that are not so good and for this group that the office and the maintenance staff did not seem like they were doing a good job at the time and I see that not much has changed I remember when I used pressure washer in the hallways to make everything look good and when I came back the next day trash in the hallways food lying around the corridors I remember that many complained about mold in the apartment but they did not clean their apartment the mold in the bathroom comes out in all the bathrooms what you have to do is clean it and that is up to each person the mold comes out if there is leaking water if they do not use the a/c and if they don't clean I remember that I would go on Saturday and Sunday morning to do the roll off and even clean it with chlorine and water and when I came back around 5 pm from the same place I would find all the garbage and food on the floor and the empty roll off they did not consider that small group likes to live in unpleasant conditions I also remember that I went on a Saturday night in the blid D that always covered the main line and uncovered it and cleaned the entire corridor even my wife and my son they helped me clean with water and chlorine and I would cover it up again and I had to come back on Sunday morning to the same thing because they threw away a lot of tampons baby wash and condoms it was very difficult to maintain a property I just wanted to express my opinion after 10 years thank God for the time that I worked in Silver Oak it gave me experience to work in a better place

I have bad experience I had 14 rats in my apartment I had to move out my apartment for 3 months the mold and the leaks from my toilet to my bathroom toilet all five years I have been walking pass feucus that canake me and my kids sick we not safe from the gun voilence and my kids playing comfortable outside

Mrs.Dorothy our property manager is the best we have had.She goes above and beyond for her resident and her property is well taken care of. She keeps the law on property to make sure we are safe. We love and adore her

They Do not do well by their tenants very horrible ...always changing managers ... they steal.utility checks and rent moneyv that tenants pay ....never answer their phones work orders are never filled on time .. my AC is still broken I reported it on numerous occasions
